Your Favorite Daisy Delivers....

Sunday afternoon Aubrey helped me go through her list and sort her cookies. After that we gathered them up and headed out to the neighborhood. She pulled her wagon and knocked on all the doors. Everyone was so excited to have cookies for the Super Bowl. She ended up selling 189 boxes. This Saturday we are helping with the cookie booth outside Lowe's. It will be interesting to see how everyone reacts to these precious Daisy's.
Aubrey was so worried that Aimee was going to keep driving and not get here cookies. Aubrey was flagging with all of her might.

Thanks Coach Martin and Mr. Andy!

Mr. Larry, be nice and share with Ms. Ashley!!!

Ok, so Aubrey got in a few minutes of playtime at the Darragh's. Thanks for the break Diana.
So, the Cookie Saga will continue at Lowe's on Saturday.

Snow...Strep...what is the next "S"?

When Steven and I traded off yesterday, he said that Aubrey was running a temp. So, at that point, I called and the peds office and they said bring her in. Turns out she has Strep. This happened last year when in it snowed. Fun, Strep 2010. So, I had to take today off with her. Hopefully we will be back to the norm tomorrow. Jamie is with us, so this will not be a boring or relaxing day.

Poor little girl

Steve writing. I'm at home with Aubrey. School's closed and we were planning to take Aubrey to work with us, but life threw us a curve. Or, more accurately, Aubrey threw up. She had a rough night and we decided it wouldn't be best to bring her to work. So Christy and I are trading shifts... whenever Christy can get off work I'll be going in. I suppose we're paying back the fun we had this weekend. Wish us luck.

Still lots of snow on the ground, but we probably won't go out today.

Burrr!

7 degrees this morning! None of the snow melted yesterday, so we'll be hitting the slopes again today. The sun is shining bright, but there's about 1-2 inches of packed snow/ice on the roads and the high is 35. So I doubt we'll have school tomorrow. Who's staying home with Aubrey?... Time for Christy and I to play paper, rock, scissors.

Snow Cones and Sledding Fun!

We had a lot of fun yesterday, but it was burrr cold! Our official snowfall total was 7-8 inches. The snow was too powdery for snowmen and snowballs. In the morning we made real snow cones, then in the afternoon we found a good hill for sledding with the neighbors. Aubrey eHere's some pictures.

Getting ready for snow fun!

Here's what we woke up to this morning. We'll have another post later after we get out in the snow. These are the "before" pictures.

Here's Aubrey's happy snow dance/song. Think she's excited?
