Do Less, Be More...

Our Pollies are home.
We worked hard while they were gone,
we did make a little time for play.
But, we are getting back to the routine.
One of our annual projects:

We really have gotten this down to an art.

Another project was my laundry room.
I wanted a dry erase board, to keep up with our routine.
So, Mr. Handy jumped in to help me.

 We used the magnetic paint.
You know, for those really cute magnets.

This is not the finished product,
but we are getting there.

Friday, Steven picked up the Pollies from Grandma Robin and Grandpa Bernie.
I was thrilled to see these babies climb out of the car!
We really appreciate all of the Grand's taking the time to share with the Pollies.
This is such an amazing time for them.
They love you all so much,

Here is my little slugger running to me.
Also, on Friday Aubrey received mail from the school.
This time of year, we are anxiously waiting for this particular letter.
It reveals the teacher that Aubrey will have for the next year.

She was excited that we waited for her to open it herself.
Watch out Ms. Baker, this Pollie is coming into your world.
We are looking forward to an awesome year.
So mean while, getting back into the routine in this casa.
The Polliwogs are back to acting like typical siblings.

Oh yeah, checkout the soccer cleats, Jamie wore them all day.
He starts soccer on Wednesday, he is a little excited.
Hummm...maybe she is taking this scouting a little far!
It sorta is a pretty knot.

 Never a boring moment.
So, Aubrey worked really hard with collecting Change this summer,
she gathered it up today to get it ready to take to the bank this week.
We have no idea how much this amazing child has collected,
we can't wait to put it in the machine on Tuesday.
We thought that we were going to do this on Monday,
but we forgot she starts ballet, so it wait until Tuesday.
We will definitely post an amount.

So, after bath time. He was back outside, kicking the ball around.

Fall is going to be fun!
So back to "Do Less, Be More"...we will give it a try!
