Recital Day and Last Soccer Game

Movie Night at the Gray House featuring Chipwrecked,
and serving Pizza on the couch...which is "UN-HEARD-OF"!
It was outstanding "8" thumbs up.

Today was a big morning in the life of a little 8 year old.
Today was Aubrey's Dance Recital.
She was in 2 performances this year.
She danced so well, we are really looking forward to Ballet Workshop.
 We actually got somewhere early!

Just in time for some fun shots.

 Big time Daddy's Girl.

 A little backstage fun.
While waiting for the curtains to open...Jamie kept himself busy.
Luckily we left that "Batman" suit at home!

Little more fun...with sweet Lauren.  You should see some of this chicks moves!  She can really break it down, she is "MS. HIP-HOP"!

Quick shots before hopping in the car!
Thank Heavens for Trader Joe's...she loves Snap Dragons!

Then a mad-dash to the soccer field!
I am pretty sure, this maybe Aubrey's last soccer game "EVER".
She just doesn't like chasing the ball, which is SORTA of a requirement!

 A little celebrating...and

trading in the old "#9" sniff, sniff!

 Receiving the Metals!

 Last Pep talk from Coach!

What an amazing group of beautiful ladies and one really special Dad!
Then back to the house to put those snap dragons in some H2O!

Then at dinner, we had a very special guest. If you know Steven, there is always room to learn, so we learned about lizards...check out the fresh lettuce from the garden! Yummy!

As you can tell dinner is never boring, Aubrey and Steven are cracking up over some silly joke, and they both were in tears.  Oh, my we have had a day!

So this is the little fellow that made his way to our dinner table.

Soon after dinner, they released him into the garden, with hopes he would ear bugs!

So, these Pollies have had another fulfilled day!
Now, they are in dreamland looking for another full day!
