Turtle Posts....

So, we have been posting mighty slow lately. Today is already Wednesday. Last night was dance, we had parent observation night. Lucky Steven got off in time to get Jamie. Just Aubrey and I went to tumble and dance. She is doing really well in the tumble class, I am really proud of her. I can't wait to see how she improves by the end of the year. We then went to the dance class. They have the best most imaginative teacher "Mrs. Kim". They are always making up stories to what they are doing with their feet. Last night they were trying to him a turkey...so they would kinda shuffle there feet as the turkey would fly to different spots hiding, like the pumpkin patch (not there, b/c then some one will make a pumpkin pie and find the turkey), so it would fly some more to the mountains in the cherry tree (no...some one would pick cherries to make a pie) so it would fly...etc.

So, they called Minnie Mouse on Mrs. Kim's cell and talked with her about the dance they were about to do. Then, in ballet they were beautiful swans. And they had a swan story. Throughout she was teaching them the proper terms for what they were doing. During the quiz session, if a child answered correctly, she would pick the child up and give them, "A Mrs Kim hug, A Mrs. Kim Swirl, And A Mrs. Kim Dip!" They were all screaming the answers, she did this for every little girl. It is excited to see her be excited about what she is doing. We are supposed to be doing the Christmas Parade this weekend with her dance studio, we will see. I am ready to rest after two hard weekends, and my daddy is coming, maybe we can all relax.

So, this afternoon I was able to get Aubrey's Birthday Party booked at this local Bowling Alley. We wanted to do something a little different than the "Stank'n Princess Crud". She seems to be ok with it. However, we did have to save Ariel today. So, we went back to the broken toystore (the Goodwill), there was poor little Ariel with no clothes on. "Momma we must save her, it is ok that she isn't new!!!" So, cha-ching $3.00! A naked Ariel doll we saved. (However, she did find its clothes, and we got her dressed).
