Thursday!

We had a slow start this morning. I don't think any of us wanted to get up. Jamie even slept through the night. Mrs. Jean said he slept most of the day. That is a little scary. So, we made it through today. Aubrey had soccer practice this afternoon, she did pretty good. You have to remember that it is our child that can not walk in a staight path. She always has to skip and swurve, and stop and pick flowers, literally. I guess it keeps us on our toes and we are never board. Tonight when she focused, she did really well. Tomorrow is her first game this season. We will see how she does. She has a neighbor friend that she adores, that plays also. Her name is Diana. She and Aubrey play together a lot. I know that when they play against one another it will be tough for Aubrey. She will want to hug and play with Diana. This happened last spring. Maybe things will be better, we shall see. Poor Diana! All she needs is Aubrey getting her off her game. By the way, we noticed tonight that Aubrey is "right-footed".

When we got home we sat outside with the neighbors. I haven't see them in a while. Steven hung out with them Tuesday night for a bit. I am sure we will see the entire gang this weekend. Our high school is having their game tonight instead of tomorrow, due to the weather. I hope that they win. Our neighbor is one of the football coaches. We had planned on going when it was Friday. We just can't swing a Thursday night. Anyway, Go Eastern!!
